• To assist and ensure compliance during the fit-out works in tenants premises.
• To work closely with Leasing Department to ensure timely handover and procession of retail space.
• To work closely with Operation Department so others are well-informed of the status of new opening and/or shop closing in order for appropriate action to be taken.
• To ensure the necessary documents such as M&E plan in place prior to handover of premises and commencement of work.
• To liaise with ID Consultants, Architects and M&E Consultants for approval on M&E building plan, concept plan and design.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior.
