Lanterns In Moonlight 2024 Redemption

1. 1. Redemption Period: 6 – 17 September 2024 
   2. Mechanics: Spend RM350 & above in 1 receipt at any specialty store to redeem a set of exclusive Traditional Mid-Autumn Lantern. Terms & Conditions apply. 
   3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the Campaign commencement date.
   4. Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per day, while stocks last. 
   5. Shoppers may redeem either Lanterns In Moonlight Rewards or other on-going promotions. No cross-redemption is allowed. 
   6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, promotional spaces, convenience stores, newsagents, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift card/vouchers, money changers, banks and services. 
   7. The redemption item is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse.
   8.  Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
   9. Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of Shoppers. 
   10. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed. 
   11. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
   12. Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and nonexchangeable for cash or other items. 
   13. The redemption item is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. 
   14. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
   15. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the redemption item.
   16. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, redemption item, and details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.

General

1. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
2. By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
   1. to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”) 
   2. to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign. 
   3. to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the redemption item. 
   4. to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation.
3. Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shopper whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 
4. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. 
5. All Personal Data relating to the Campaign shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
