Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive
(Kuala Lumpur - Suria KLCC and Putrajaya - Alamanda Shopping Centre)
The Job :
To plan and implement in-centre programs with the objective of maximizing traffic and turnover and to enhance Suria's position as the Malaysia's shopping destination.
To work with the Retailers and external Research teams to determine consumer behaviour and react to current and previous marketing campaigns.
To discuss with the Retailers on campaign performance and any assistance or information they may require.
To co-ordinate with the tracking system in order to monitor roll-out of marketing campaigns.
To track service delivery and level of performance by external providers/suppliers.
The Person :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
More senior candidates can be considered for Senior Marketing Executive role.
Required skills: Analytical skills and able to thinks outside the box.
Good leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
Works well, both independently & with teams.
Can be groomed for higher level position.
Concierge Personnel
(Kuala Lumpur - Suria KLCC and Putrajaya - Alamanda Shopping Centre)
The Job :
To provide information and directions to customers upon request.
To be responsible for supervision of lost children.
To handle manning of telephone, 2-way radio and , when necessary.
To ensure Customer Service Desk is neat and tidy at all times.
To co-ordinate the free hire of strollers, wheel chairs and power shoppers.
To make public address announcements, as required.
To relieve other Customer Service personnel, as requested.
The Person :
SPM/Diploma holder with at least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good telephone manners.
Security Supervisor
(Kuala Lumpur - Suria KLCC and Putrajaya - Alamanda Shopping Centre)
The Job :
To assist Chief Security Officer in ensuring overall security of shopping centre.
To patrol the malls for customer safety and report any incidents, security breaches and etc to the Chief Security or Retail Manager on a daily basis.
Responsible for the day to day security, internally and externally, of the centre - positively reinforce the non-threatening environment.
To check security in the centre for vandalism, goods thefts and customer protection.
To ensure adequate manpower for shift and record security personnel attendance everyday.
Ensuring the company's Safety & Health Procedures be followed and to ensure the workplace is safe.
The Person :
SPM/Diploma holder with at least 3 - 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Highly disciplined.
Firm and tactful when dealing with people.
Operations Supervisor/ Technician/ Chargeman
(Kuala Lumpur - Suria KLCC and Putrajaya - Alamanda Shopping Centre)
The Job :
To contribute day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Centre by attending to all general maintenance and operations issues as may be directed, with specific emphasis on all air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system and general building matters.
To assist Operation Supervisor to maintain the value of the asset and to control all operating costs associated with the operation of the Centre.
To provide the required level of operational service to retailers.
To direct Operation team to the operation and maintenance of the Centre by undertaking all tasks listed in the maintenance schedule.
The Person :
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in chargeman A4/ BO.
Relevant maintenance and technical experience in the related field is required for this position.
Speak and understand English reasonably well.
Flexible with working times and punctual.
