SURIA KLCC TOURIST PRIVILEGE CARD – GIFT REDEMPTION
- Redemption period : 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
- Mechanics: Spend RM1,000 and above in two (2) accumulated receipts at any participating stores to receive a Travel Organizer (“Gift”).
- The Suria KLCC Tourist Privilege Card (“TPC”) is only applicable for international tourists that present an international passport or identification card upon sign up at the Concierge Counter on Concourse Level.
- The TPC is to be presented at the point of redemption.
- Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the redemption commencement date.
- Limited to one (1) Gift redemption per shopper per day, while stocks last.
- Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any participating stores and is subject to the terms & conditions set by the participating stores.
- Shoppers may redeem either the TPC Gift Redemption or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
- Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the Concierge Counter at Concourse Level, from 10.00am to 10.00pm by the shopper.
- Retailers who redeem on behalf of shoppers must produce a form of identification of the shopper, failing which redemption will not be allowed.
- A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
- Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.

- The TPC is only valid for use at in Suria KLCC.

- The TPC is valid for seven (7) days from the issuance date.
- The TPC must be presented at the point of purchase on or before the expiry date as stated in the TPC.
- The TPC must be presented to the participating stores with an international passport or identification card for verification purposes.
- Only original TPC with serial number and expiry date will be accepted. Duplicate copies are strictly not acceptable.
- Entitlement for discount or other offers are subject to the terms and conditions set by the participating stores.
- The TPC is not applicable for agent-controlled items, sales promotions, or special discounts.
- Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
GENERAL
- By participating in Tourist Privilege Card programme, shoppers are deemed:
a) to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
b) to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this promotion.
c) to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the TPC or the redemption Gift.
d) to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this promotion without any claim for payment nor compensation.
2. Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
