TERMS & CONDITIONS SURIA VIPRIVILEGES LONG-TERM PROGRAMME (“Programme”)

Programme duration: January 2026 onwards
Redemption Mechanics:
- Suria VIPrestige: Spend RM30,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores to receive VIPrestige privileges and RM600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper throughout the programme duration, while stocks last.
- Suria VIPlatinum: Spend RM80,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores to receive VIPlatinum privileges and RM1,600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper throughout the programme duration, while stocks last.
- Suria VIPlatinum+: Spend RM150,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores to receive VIPlatinum+ privileges with experiences and RM3,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers. Limited to three (3) redemptions per shopper throughout the programme duration, while stocks last.
VIPrivileges Rewards:
Shoppers who meet the spending requirement for a tier in a maximum of three (3) receipts on the same day at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores during the programme period shall be eligible for the corresponding Instant Reward:
- Suria VIPrestige: RM600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and VIPrestige privileges. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per year.
- Suria VIPlatinum: RM1,600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and VIPlatinum privileges. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per year.
- Suria VIPlatinum+: RM3,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and VIPlatinum+ privileges and experiences. Limited to three (3) redemptions per shopper per year.
Tier Upgrades:
Shoppers who have redeemed a lower tier may upgrade to the next immediate tier by meeting the additional spending requirement within one (1) year from the date of the first redemption, using an accumulation of maximum three (3) new receipts per upgrade:
- VIPrestige → VIPlatinum: Additional spend of RM50,000 in three (3) new receipts within one (1) year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum privileges and additional RM1,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.
- VIPlatinum → VIPlatinum+: Additional spend of RM70,000 in three (3) new receipts within one (1) year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum+ privileges and additional RM1,400 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.
- VIPrestige → VIPlatinum+: Additional spend of RM120,000 in three (3) new receipts within one (1) year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum+ privileges and additional RM2,400 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.
Shoppers may upgrade their redemption to a higher tier by making additional purchases with accumulation of three (3) new receipts within a year from the date of the first redemption. Once a Shopper has qualified for a higher tier, downgrades to a lower tier are strictly not permitted.
Shoppers shall receive only the incremental difference in Exclusive Privileges and Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers between the previously redeemed tier and the upgraded tier. Full Exclusive Privileges and Shopping e-Voucher values of the higher tier shall not apply to upgrades.
The shopper’s VIPrivileges Tier shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of redemption. Upon expiry, shoppers are required to re-qualify by meeting the applicable spending criteria to renew eligibility for the respective tiers. For the avoidance of doubt, any tier upgrade shall be eligible for one (1) year from the upgrade redemption.
The validity of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers shall be subject to the expiry date indicated on the e-Vouchers at the time of issuance.
Exclusive Privileges vary according to the Suria VIPrivileges tier and are subject to availability, while stocks last. These may include, but are not limited to:
− Complimentary valet parking
− Unlimited Suria KLCC Premier Toilet access
− Exclusive gifts
− Curated dining experiences
− Invitations to Suria KLCC hosted events
− Year-long offers & promotions
− Exclusive invitations to events
Suria KLCC reserves the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw any Exclusive Privileges at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
The Suria VIPrestige, Suria VIPlatinum and SuriaVIPlatinum+ exclusive privileges are non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the Programme’s commencement date.
Shoppers may redeem the e-Voucher or other ongoing promotions. No cross-redemptionis allowed.
The validity of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers shall be subject to the expiry date indicated on the e-Vouchers at the time of issuance.
Only applicable for original purchases made at any designers, jewellery & timepieces stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
The redemption is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
Receipts that have been used for a prior redemption cannot be reused or accumulated for subsequent higher-tier redemptions.
Staff of participating tenants are strictly prohibited from participating or redeeming on behalf of Shoppers.
Staff of participating tenants are not allowed to use receipts from their own outlets for redemption. Suria KLCC reserves the right to verify such receipts with the respective tenant’s management and to reject any fraudulent or unauthorised submissions.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Purchases made using the e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Eligibility for any offer and/or campaign shall be determined exclusive of voucher usage. For the avoidance of doubt, any amount paid using vouchers shall not be counted toward the spending required to qualify for such offer and/or campaign.
The Suria VIPrivileges Card (“Card”) will be issued upon successful redemption. Uses of the Card is subject to the Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions, available separately.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher, and details of the Programme without prior notice whatsoever.

*SURIA KLCC SHOPPING E-VOUCHER

The validity of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers shall be subject to the expiry date indicated on the e-Vouchers at the time of issuance.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher is strictly not for sale or non-exchangeable for cash.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
Full list of participating stores is available at https://www.suriaklcc.com.my/participating-stores/.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before the validity date as stated on the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher.
If the value of purchase is less than the value of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
If the value of purchase is more than the value of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the Shopper.
Expired Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
No further Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers are used, regardless of Suria KLCC Shopping e- Voucher used in full or in part of purchase price.

SURIA VIPRIVILEGES CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Suria VIPrivileges Card (“Card”) will be issued upon successful redemption.
Each shopper is entitled to one (1) Card only at any one time, issued in accordance with the shopper’s applicable tier eligibility and valid until the expiry date stated on the Card. In the event of a tier upgrade, the shopper shall be required to surrender the previously issued Card prior to the issuance of a replacement Card.
The Card shall be issued strictly on a self-collection basis. Shoppers will be notified once the Card is ready for collection and are required to collect it within two (2) months from the date of notification. Suria KLCC reserves the right to forfeit the Card if it is not collected within this period.
The Card is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Shopper.
Shoppers must physically present the Card at participating outlets in Suria KLCC to enjoy Exclusive Privileges.
Shoppers may be required to present a valid identification document for verification when using the Card.
Exclusive Privileges are valid only at participating outlets, and terms may vary by store.
The Card grants unlimited access to the Premier Toilets within Suria KLCC from January 2026 onwards, subject to the card’s validity as determined by the expiry date stated on the card.
Lost or damaged cards will be replaced.
The Card is not a payment card and carries no cash or monetary value.
The Card cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, products, or services.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Card presented and to decline usage in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or withdraw Card privileges, participating outlets, or these Terms & Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice.
By accepting and using the Card, the Shopper is deemed to have agreed to and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Access to any of the event under the Exclusive Experience (hereinafter referred to as “Event”) is strictly by invitation only. Invitations are non-transferable and issued solely
at the discretion of Suria KLCC. Eligible Shoppers must present a valid event invitation (physical or digital) and may be required to provide identification upon entry.
Invitations are strictly not for resale. Any misuse, unauthorised duplication, or fraudulent activity will result in cancellation of the invitation.
Event privileges, entitlements, or benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other products or services. Suria KLCC reserves the
right to limit the number of attendees per Shopper. Guest access is subject to Event terms and conditions and venue capacity.
RSVP may be required to confirm attendance, subject to the specific terms and conditions of each Event.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any of the Event at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
By attending the Event, Shoppers agree to comply with all event regulations, including venue rules and dress codes (if applicable).
Photography and/or videography may be conducted during the Event. By participating, Shoppers consent to the use of such images or recordings by Suria KLCC for marketing and promotional purposes.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

PREMIER TOILET ACCESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cardholders may enjoy unlimited access to the Premier Toilets during the card validity period, which is determined by the expiry date stated on the card, subject to operational hours and availability.
Access to Suria KLCC Premier Toilets is exclusive to Shoppers holding a valid Suria VIPrivileges Card. Shoppers must present their Suria VIPrivileges Card upon each entry.
Premier Toilet access is not transferable. Only the cardholder is entitled to use the service.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who fail to present a valid Suria VIPrivileges Card or attempt to transfer the card to others.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

VALET PARKING SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Valet parking service entitlements shall be issued in the form of redemption vouchers (hereinafter referred to as “Valet Service Voucher”). Shoppers are required to present the Valet Service Voucher at the valet service counter to utilise the valet service.
The The Valet Service Voucher redemption quantity varies according to Tier Eligibility as
follows:
Suria VIPrestige: One (1) Valet Service Voucher
Suria VIPlatinum: Two (2) Valet Service Vouchers
Suria VIPlatinum+: Three (3) Valet Service Vouchers
The location of the valet parking counter is at Lot C, Level Ground Entrance (next to Chanel Boutique). Operation hours of the counter is from 10.00AM to 10.00PM.
Valet parking service redemption and usage are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the Valet Service Voucher by the valent service merchant. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions stated on the voucher shall prevail.
The Valet Service Voucher is not transferable. Only the cardholder is entitled to use the service.
Shoppers shall receive only the incremental difference in Valet Service Voucher between the previously redeemed tier and the upgraded tier.
The valet service parking merchant reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to present a valid valet service voucher.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible or liable for any damage to, theft of, or loss of shoppers’ vehicles and/or any belongings contained therein arising from the valet parking service.

GENERAL

1. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.

2. By participating in the Programme, Shoppers are deemed:

a) to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
b) to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Programme.
c) to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Programme , including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the e-Voucher, Suria VIPrivileges Card, Exclusive Privileges and any form of redemption under the Programme.
d) to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Programme without any claim for payment nor compensation.

3. Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Programme earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.

4. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion at any time without prior notice.

5. All Personal Data relating to the Programme shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
