TERMS & CONDITIONS – CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN 2025 (“Campaign”)

Campaign period: 22 November 2025 – 25 December 2025
Redemption Mechanics:
1. Christmas 2025 Shopper Rewards
  Festive Skating Experience – Spend RM500 & above in one (1) receipt to enjoy an exclusive Festive Skating Experience* for two (2) pax at Esplanade KLCC. Terms & Conditions apply.
3. Christmas Rewards – Spend RM2,500 & above (RM2,000 for Alipay+ users) in two (2) receipts to receive RM100 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and an exclusive Festive Skating Experience* for two (2) pax at Esplanade KLCC. Terms & Conditions apply.
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age.
Festive Skating Experience is available from 26 November – 25 December 2025, limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per day, while stocks last.
Christmas Rewards is limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per campaign, while stocks last.
Shoppers may redeem the Christmas 2025 campaign rewards or other on-going campaigns separately, but no cross-redemption is allowed.
Only applicable for original receipts without using trade-in or contra value as the payment method, from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, promotional spaces, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift card/vouchers, money changers, banks, and related services.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and Festive Skating Experience Admission Tickets are redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
One (1) Festive Skating Experience Admission Ticket is applicable for entry of one (1) person in one (1) skating date and session.
Shoppers are required to select their preferred time slot for the Festive Skating Experience by scanning the QR code provided on the Festive Skating Experience Admission Ticket. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating store in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate and/or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not acceptable.
Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Purchases made using the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher and Festive Skating Experience Ticket is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
No further Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher are used in full or in part of purchase price.
If the value of purchase is less than the value of the e-Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
If the value of purchase is more than the value of the e-Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the Shopper.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the e-Voucher and the Festive Skating Experience Ticket.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to amend or modify any information regarding Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher, Festive Skating Experience Ticket and the details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to cancel any Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher and Festive Skating Experience Ticket in cases of suspected fraud or any other offences under the law.

CHRISTMAS 2025 FESTIVE SKATING EXPERIENCE

Event Date: 21 November 2025 – 25 December 2025.

Skating Sessions:

Session 1	11.30 AM – 12.00 PM

Session 3	1.30 PM – 2:00 PM
Session 4	2.30 PM – 3:00 PM
Session 5	3.30 PM – 4:00 PM
Session 6	4.30 PM – 5:00 PM
Session 7	5.30 PM – 6:00 PM
Session 8	6.30 PM – 7:00 PM
Session 9	8.30 PM – 9:00 PM
Session 10	9.30 PM – 10:00 PM

Each skating session shall have a duration of 30 minutes, and shoppers are required to register at the Festive Skating Experience Registration Booth at Esplanade KLCC at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
One (1) Festive Skating Experience Admission Ticket is applicable for entry of one (1) person in one (1) skating date and session.
Shoppers are required to select their preferred time slot for the Festive Skating Experience by scanning the QR code provided on the Festive Skating Experience Admission Ticket. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
One (1) confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address upon RSVP.
The confirmation email is only valid for the specified skating date and session. Change of date is not allowed once it has been confirmed.
Entry to the rink constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
On the event day, shoppers are required to present their booking confirmation email and the admission ticket at the Festive Skating Experience Registration Booth at Esplanade KLCC for verification.
The minimum age requirement for participation is 6 years old.
Each participant must sign the indemnity form and collect their wristband before entering the skating area. Children aged twelve (12) and below are required to obtain a parent or guardian’s signature and must be accompanied or supervised by an adult at all times.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
All participants are required to wear the provided skating shoes and safety gear at all times.
All participants are required to wear socks to take part in the Festive Skating Experience. Participants must bring their own socks, participants without socks shall not be permitted to participate.
All participants are required to skate in a clockwise direction.
Pushing, chasing, playing tag on the rink, reckless skating, weaving through crowds, or performing tricks in crowded areas are strictly prohibited. Participants must immediately leave the rink if instructed by staff for unsafe behaviours.
Skate at your own risk. Suria KLCC management accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Shoppers are not permitted to skate if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs his/her ability to skate safely.
Pregnant individuals or persons with health conditions (e.g., heart problems, joint injuries) are not allowed participate.
All participants are required report all accidents or injuries to staff immediately.
Rental skates must be returned in the same condition; damage or loss may result in additional charges.
Offensive language, gestures, or behaviour will not be tolerated.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited.
Items that are generally regarded as dangerous, offensive, and unsightly in nature are strictly prohibited.
By entering the premises, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
By participating, shoppers agree to all event rules and instructions from event staff.
Admission is non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash or credit.
All participants acknowledge and agree to the above-mentioned terms before participating.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of confirmation email for verification purposes.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to conduct any security searches and are allowed to confiscate any item which, in the reasonable opinion of the security agent acting on behalf of Suria KLCC, may cause danger or disruption to other Shoppers.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the personal items.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, expenses, losses, stamp duties, fines, penalties, costs, damages, and all other liabilities of whatever nature of description as may be incurred or sustained by any Shopper.
Suria KLCC shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay or cancellation in Event to the extent such delay or failure is caused by:
1. rain, storm, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural disasters;
2. war, invasion, hostilities, terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest or violence;
3. any disease, epidemic or pandemic;
4. embargoes or blockades;
5. national or regional emergency;
6. strikes, labor stoppages, or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances;
7. any order or guidance from any governmental or quasi-governmental organization, including without limitation in regard to travel, public gatherings, or health and safety;
8. disruptions in supply chains, hotel inventory, commercial air travel or other public transportation;
9. other similar causes beyond the reasonable control of Suria KLCC.
The rink may close in the event of rain, lightning, or other hazardous weather condition as stated in Item 33.
In the event of any session cancellations by Suria KLCC, a one -time rescheduling will be available at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to postpone, cancel or change the information and details of the Event without prior notice whatsoever.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any misuse/ tampering/ forgery of the confirmation email or Admission Ticket may constitute an offence under the law and the offender shall be liable for prosecution.
In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between this Terms and Conditions and the contents of any marketing and / or promotional materials relating to this Event, this Terms and Conditions shall prevail

General

By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:-
1. to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes that are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
3. to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher.
4. to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this promotion without any claim for payment nor compensation.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
All Personal Data relating to the promotion shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
