Chinese New Year 2026 Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS – CHINESE NEW YEAR 2026 (“Campaign”)

Reward period: 16 January – 18 February 2026.
Redemption Mechanics:
1. Chinese New Year Rewards
  Spend RM2,500 & above in two (2) receipts to receive RM100 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher and a set of Suria KLCC Red Packets. T&Cs apply.
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before 16th January 2026.
Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per day, while stocks last.
Shoppers may redeem the Chinese New Year 2026 campaign rewards or other on-going campaigns separately, but no cross-redemption is allowed.
Only applicable for original receipts without using trade-in or contra value as the payment method, from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, promotional spaces, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift card/vouchers, money changers, banks, and related services.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher and Suria KLCC Red Packets is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating store in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate and/or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not acceptable.
Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Purchases made using the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
No further Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher are used in full or in part of purchase price.
If the value of purchase is less than the value of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
If the value of purchase is more than the value of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the Shopper.
Eligibility for any offer and/or campaign shall be determined exclusive of voucher usage. For the avoidance of doubt, any amount paid using vouchers shall not be counted toward the spending required to qualify for such offer and/or campaign.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher and Suria KLCC Red Packets.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to amend or modify any information regarding Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher and the details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to cancel any Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher and Suria KLCC Red Packets in cases of suspected fraud or any other offences under the law.

General

1. By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:-
1. to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes that are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
3. to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher.
4. to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this promotion without any claim for payment nor compensation.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
All Personal Data relating to the promotion shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
