TERMS & CONDITIONS – CHINESE NEW YEAR 2026 CAMPAIGN ORIENTAL HORSE CAROUSEL
- Event Date: 16 January 2026 – 18 February 2026
- In support of Mental Health Awareness, purchase a Suria Ribbon Pin at RM10 at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse to enjoy the Oriental Horse Carousel. All proceeds will be channelled to the NGOs championing mental health awareness.
- Each purchase of one (1) unit of Suria Ribbon Pin is entitled to one (1) ride only (“Ride”).
- A maximum of one (1) participant is permitted per horse.
- Participants must not exceed the maximum weight limit of 80 kg. For safety reasons, Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to deny access to any participants exceeding the maximum weight limit.
- A maximum of twelve (12) participants is permitted per session. Participants exceeding this limit are kindly requested to wait for the next session.
- Children below the age of eight (8) and below must be accompanied or supervised by a responsible adult during the Ride.
- Pregnant individuals or persons with medical conditions are not advised to ride.
- Participants must be physically able to sit upright and hold safety supports.
- Participants are required to remain seated at all times while the Ride is operating.
- Standing, leaning out, or changing seats during operation is prohibited.
- No loose items, food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed on the Ride.
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children.
- The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
- Shoppers are not permitted to Ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Suria Ribbon Pin purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-replaceable if lost.
- The duration of the Ride shall be determined by Suria KLCC.
- Suria KLCC may stop or cancel the Ride for safety, or technical reasons.
- In an emergency stop, participants shall remain seated and adhere to the instructions of the person in charge.
- Ride at your own risk. Suria KLCC accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
- Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, expenses, losses, stamp duties, fines, penalties, costs, damages, and all other liabilities of whatever nature of description as may be incurred or sustained by any Shopper.
- By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed for safety and promotional purposes.
- Suria KLCC reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the contents of any marketing and / or promotional materials relating to this Event, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- Entry and use of the Ride indicate acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
