Chinese New Year 2026 e-Voucher Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS – CHINESE NEW YEAR 2026 E-VOUCHERS SALES REWARDS (“Campaign”) 

1. Reward period: 16 January – 18 February 2026.
2. Redemption Mechanics:
   1. Chinese New Year Rewards
      Purchase RM1,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers from Suria KLCC’s website and receive an additional RM100 Suria KLCC e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”).
3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before 16th January 2026.
4. Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per Campaign, who purchase throughout the Chinese New Year 2026 Reward Program period, while stocks last.
5. Limited to the first thirty (30) Shoppers throughout the Chinese New Year 2026 Reward Program, while stocks last.
6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at Suria KLCC’s website (www.suriaklcc.com.my).
7. The value of the e-Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) only
8. The e-Voucher is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
9. The e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the e-Voucher.
10. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
11. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper. For purchase made outside of Suria KLCC Shopping Centre operating hours (10.00am to 10.00pm), redemption must be made on the following day.
12. Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
13. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not acceptable.
14. Receipts from purchases made at Suria KLCC’s website are not applicable for other Campaign redemptions.
15. Purchases made at Suria KLCC’s website are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items once payment is approved.
16. Purchases made using the e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
17. The e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
18. No further e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Vouchers are used, regardless of e-Vouchers are used in full or in part of purchase price.
19. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
20. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the e-Voucher.
21. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher and details of the Chinese New Year 2026 Reward Program without prior notice whatsoever.
