Terms & Conditions

i) Enchanting rewards

1. Campaign period: 19th November to 26th December 2021
2. Mechanics: Spend RM1,500 & above in 2 receipts at any specialty stores to receive RM100 Suria KLCC Shopping Vouchers.*
3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before campaign commencement date.
4. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
5. Shoppers may redeem either Enchanting Rewards or Win the Golden Ticket or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, money changers, banks and services.
7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
8. Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers.
9. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
10. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
11. Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
12. Purchases made using the Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. 
13. Vouchers are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
14. No further Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once the Vouchers are used, regardless of Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
15. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification purpose.
16. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the Vouchers.
17. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, Vouchers and details of the promotion without prior notice.

ii) Win the Golden Ticket

1. Campaign period: 19th November to 26th December 2021
2. Mechanics: Spend RM500 & above in 1 receipt at any specialty stores and stand a chance to receive RM5,000 Suria KLCC Shopping Vouchers.*
3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before campaign commencement date.
4. Redemption is only available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for the first session, and 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for the second session, daily. Limited to first one hundred (100) shoppers per session, per day.
5. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
6. Only one (1) shopper will be receiving the RM5,000 Suria KLCC Shopping Voucher per session, per day throughout campaign period.
7. Shoppers may redeem either Enchanting Rewards or Win the Golden Ticket or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
8. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, money changers, banks and services.
9. Redemption and unlocking of the Golden Ticket must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
10. Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers.
11. All Suria KLCC’s employees, retailers, suppliers and respective immediate family members are not allowed to participate.
12. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
13. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
14. Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

*Suria KLCC Shopping Voucher – Terms and Conditions.

1. The Voucher is valid for one (1) month from the issuance date.
2. The value of the Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) and Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100).
3. The Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. The Voucher is valid for use at selected participating specialty stores in Suria KLCC only.

6. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, vary or modify any of the participating stores and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
7. The Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the Voucher.
8. If the value of purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
9. If the value of purchase is more than the value of the Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
10. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
11. Only original Vouchers with serial number and Suria KLCC authorized signatures and stamp will be accepted. Duplicate copies are strictly not acceptable.
12. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
13. No further Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once the Vouchers are used, regardless of Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
