TERMS & CONDITOINS – CHRISTMAS 2023 CAMPAIGN (E-VOUCHER SALES REWARD PROGRAM)

1. SKLCC E-VOUCHERS SALES REWARD PROGRAM – CHRISTMAS 2023 (‘Christmas Reward Program”)

Reward period: 24th November 2023 till 1st January 2024.
Mechanics: Purchase RM1,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher from Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd’s (“Suria KLCC”) website (https://www.suriaklcc.com.my/stores/suria-klcc-shopping-e-voucher/) and receive an additional RM100 Suria KLCC e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”).
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before Campaign commencement date.
Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper who purchase throughout the Christmas 2023 Reward Program period, while stocks last.
Limited to the first one hundred (100) Shoppers throughout the Christmas 2023 Reward Program period, while stocks last.
Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at Suria KLCC’s website (www.suriaklcc.com.my).
The value of the e-Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) only.
The e-Voucher is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
The e-Voucher shall be valid for one (1) month from the issuance date, for one-time use only.
The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper. For purchase made outside of Suria KLCC Shopping Centre operating hours (10.00am to 10.00pm), redemption must be made on the following day.
Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not acceptable.
Receipts from purchases made at Suria KLCC’s website are not applicable for other Campaign redemptions.
Purchases made at Suria KLCC’s website are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items once payment is approved.
Purchases made using the e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
No further e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Vouchers are used, regardless of e-Vouchers are used in full or in part of purchase price.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the e-Voucher.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher and details of the Christmas 2023 Reward Program without prior notice whatsoever.

General

Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
By participating in the Christmas 2023 Reward Program, Shoppers are deemed:
1. to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
2. to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Christmas 2023 Reward Program.
3. to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Christmas 2023 Reward Program, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the e-Voucher.
4. to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Christmas 2023 Reward Program without any claim for payment nor compensation.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Christmas 2023 Reward Program earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shopper whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
All Personal Data relating to the Christmas 2023 Reward Program shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
