Signatures Food Court Rewards – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: 13 November 2020 to 13 December 2020.
2. Mechanics: Spend RM20 and above in a single receipt to receive a Suria KLCC RM10 F&B Voucher.*
3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before 13 November 2020.
4. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
5. Shoppers may redeem either Signatures Food Court Rewards and F&B Rewards or other on-going promotion, not both.
6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at Signatures Food Court in Suria KLCC.
7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
8. Suria KLCC’s tenants, suppliers, employees and respective immediate family members are eligible to participate and redeem the Signatures Food Court Rewards and F&B Rewards only, and not the Win Meals for A Year Lucky Draw.
9. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
10. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
11. Redemption items are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
12. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
13. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the redemption item.
14. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, redemption item and details of promotion without prior notice.

F&B Rewards – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: 13 November 2020 to 13 December 2020.
2. Mechanics: Spend RM50 and above in maximum of two receipts to receive a Suria KLCC RM30 F&B Voucher*, in denomination of RM10.
3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before 13 November 2020.
4. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
5. Shoppers may redeem either Signatures Food Court Rewards and F&B Rewards or other on-going promotion, not both.
6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any F&B outlets in Suria KLCC, excluding Signatures Food Court, RASA Food Arena, Isetan, Cold Storage, Marks & Spencer, TGV Cinemas, Convenience Stores and New Agents.
7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
8. Suria KLCC’s tenants, suppliers, employees and respective immediate family members are eligible to participate and redeem the Signatures Food Court Rewards and F&B Rewards only, and not the Win Meals for A Year Lucky Draw.

*Suria KLCC F&B Voucher – Terms and Conditions

1. The Voucher validity is one (1) month from the issuance date.
2. The value of the Voucher is in denomination of RM10 and RM50.
3. The Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. The Voucher is valid for use at any participating F&B outlets and Signatures Food Court in Suria KLCC only.

6. The Voucher must be redeemed before or on the expiry date stated on the Voucher.
7. If the value of purchase at F&B outlets and Signatures Food Court is less than the value of the Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
8. If the value of purchase at F&B outlets and Signatures Food Court is more than the value of the Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
9. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
10. Only original Vouchers with serial number and Suria KLCC authorized signatures and stamp will be accepted. Duplicate copies are strictly not acceptable.
11. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
12. No further vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once vouchers are used, regardless of vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.

Win Meals for A Year – Terms and Conditions

Win Meals for A Year Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organised by Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) from 13^th November until 13^th December 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Lucky Draw Period”) at Suria KLCC shopping centre only.

1. Eligibility

1. 1.1 This Lucky Draw is open to the following Participants:
   1. 1.1.1 Participants who have participated and redeemed the Signatures Food Court Rewards
   2. 1.1.2 Participants who have participated and redeemed the F&B Rewards
2. 1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age on or before 13 November 2020.
3. 1.3 Suria KLCC’s tenants, suppliers, employees and respective immediate family members are ineligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.
4. 1.4 Suria KLCC reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
5. 1.5 Participants are required to provide their complete personal information (full name, mobile number, Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/MyPR), passport number for foreign nationalities and email address) on redemption system of Signatures Food Court Rewards and F&B Rewards.
6. 1.6 Any incomplete, unclear and/or not in satisfactory manner of the personal information will be disqualified at the Suria KLCC’s sole and absolute discretion.

2. Prizes

1. 2.1 A total of six (6) Prizes are available for the Lucky Draw. The Suria KLCC’s decision is final and binding and no appeals will be entertained.

2. 2.2 Each Winner is eligible for one (1) Prize only throughout the Lucky Draw Period and Prizes are listed as above.
3. 2.3 Suria KLCC reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with other Prizes of similar value without prior notice.
4. 2.4 Prizes are given on an ‘as is’ basis, and are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash or in kind whether in part or in full, not refundable and not returnable.
5. 2.5 The value of the Prizes is a value which is valid during the preparation of the Lucky Draw and at the time of printing.
6. 2.6 To the extent permitted by law, Suria KLCC and its agents are not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prizes details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Suria KLCC and for any act or default by any vendor or third party supplier.

3. Winners’ Selection

1. 3.1 The six (6) Winners will be randomly selected by Suria KLCC from a pool of redemption entries through an automated selection system (e-draw) on 15th December 2020 (1.00pm). Another six (6) entries will be picked as “standby winners” list if any of the six (6) Winners are uncontactable.
2. 3.2 3.2. All Winners will be contacted by Suria KLCC up to a maximum of three (3) attempts via phone or email. Suria KLCC will not be held liable in the event the Winners cannot be contacted for whatever reason and Suria KLCC has the right to select the next qualified Winner from the list of six (6) “standby winners”.
3. 3.3 Six (6) Winners will be announced on Suria KLCC website, Facebook and Instagram.

4. Collection of Prize

1. 4.1 Winners are required to collect the Prize on 21st December for the first month. Subsequently, the Winners are required to collect the Prize on every first Monday of the month at Suria KLCC Centre Management Office, within 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
2. 4.2 In the event that the Winner is unable to attend the Prize collection, Winner may nominate a representative by providing an authorization letter.
3. 4.3 All Winners must produce the official email provided by Suria KLCC and personal identification card (MyKad, MyPR or passport) to claim the Prize. Suria KLCC reserves the right to reject any claim should the Winner fail to produce any of the required documents.
4. 4.4 If any Winner rejects his/her Prize or in the event of non-compliance with the Lucky Draw’s Terms and Conditions, Suria KLCC has the right to select the next qualified Winner from the list of six (6) “standby winners”.
5. 4.5 Winners shall bear their own travelling and personal expenses to collect the Prizes. Winners are responsible for their own safety during the journey to and from Suria KLCC. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any cause of injury / death / loss of body or property.
6. 4.6 Suria KLCC’s decision is final and absolute and no further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.

5. General

1. 5.1 Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for Participants’ details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
2. 5.2 By participating in this Lucky Draw, Participants are deemed:
   1. to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
   2. to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, communications and purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Lucky Draw.
   3. to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Lucky Draw, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes.
   4. to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Lucky Draw without any claim for payment nor compensation.
3. 5.3 Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Lucky Draw earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Participants any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
4. 5.4 Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.

6. Privacy Notice

1. 6.1 All Personal Data relating to the Lucky Draw shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
