Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Purchases made using the Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
No further Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the Vouchers are used, regardless of Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.

Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any F&B outlets in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Signatures Food Court, Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, money changers, banks, and services.

*Suria KLCC F&B Voucher
The Suria KLCC F&B Voucher (“Voucher”) is valid until the expiry date stipulated in the Voucher.
The value of the Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) and Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20).
The Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash or other items.
The Voucher is valid for use at selected participating F&B and Signatures Food Court outlets in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
The Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the Voucher.
If the value of purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
If the value of purchase is more than the value of the Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Only original Vouchers with serial number and Suria KLCC authorized signatures and stamp will be accepted. Duplicate copies are strictly not acceptable.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
No further Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once the Vouchers are used, regardless of Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
General
Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
By participating in Signatures Food Court Rewards or F&B Rewards promotion, shoppers are deemed:
to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this promotion.
to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Suria KLCC F&B Voucher or redemption item.
to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this promotion without any claim for payment nor compensation.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
All Personal Data relating to the promotion shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
