F&B Campaign

*F&B Campaign 2020 Terms & Conditions:

• Promotion period: 8 July – 31 July 2020.
• Mechanics: Spend RM20 and above in a single receipt on F&B and redeem a RM15 Suria KLCC F&B voucher.
• Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
• Shoppers may redeem either ONLY the Golden Ticket campaign redemption voucher OR the F&B Campaign redemption voucher, not both.
• Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at F&B Stores and Signatures Food Court in Suria KLCC excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV, Rasa Food Court, Convenience Stores and News Agents.
• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper by showing their Staff ID.
• A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
• Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
• Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
• Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for the loss or the damage of the redemption item.
• Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, gift and details of offer without prior notice.

*Suria KLCC Cash Vouchers Terms & Conditions:

• The value of this voucher is in Ringgit Malaysia.
• This voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash or other items.
• This voucher is valid for usage at any participating F&B stores and Signatures Food Court in Suria KLCC only.
• This voucher must be redeemed before or on the expiry date stated on this voucher.
• If the value of purchase at the F&B store and/or Signatures Food Court is less than the value of this voucher, no change will be given.
• If the value of purchase at the F&B store and/or Signatures Food Court is more than the value of this voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
• Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
• Only original vouchers with unique serial number will be accepted. Duplicated copies are strictly not acceptable.
• Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
• No further vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once vouchers are used, regardless of vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
