Terms & Conditions

Signatures Food Court Rewards

1. Promotion period: 10 September 2021 to 26 September 2021.
2. Mechanics: Spend RM20 and above in a single receipt to receive a Suria KLCC RM10 F&B Voucher.*
3. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
4. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before campaign commencement date.
5. Shoppers may redeem either Signatures Food Court Rewards, F&B Rewards or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at Signatures Food Court in Suria KLCC.
7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
8. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
9. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
10. Vouchers are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
11. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
12. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the Vouchers.
13. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, Vouchers and details of promotion without prior notice.

F&B Rewards

1. Promotion period: 10 September 2021 to 26 September 2021.
2. Mechanics: Spend RM50 and above in maximum of two receipts to receive a Suria KLCC RM20 F&B Voucher*, in denomination of RM10.
3. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
4. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before campaign commencement date.
5. Shoppers may redeem either Signatures Food Court Rewards, F&B Rewards or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any F&B outlets in Suria KLCC, excluding Signatures Food Court, Isetan, Cold Storage, Marks & Spencer, TGV Cinemas, Convenience Stores and News Agent.
7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
8. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.

*Suria KLCC F&B Voucher

1. The Voucher validity is one (1) month from the issuance date.
2. The value of the Voucher is in denomination of RM10.
3. The Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash or other items.
4. The Voucher is valid for use at any participating F&B outlets and Signatures Food Court in Suria KLCC only.

6. The Voucher must be redeemed before or on the expiry date stated on the Voucher.
7. If the value of purchase at F&B outlets and Signatures Food Court is less than the value of the Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
8. If the value of purchase at F&B outlets and Signatures Food Court is more than the value of the Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
9. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
10. Only original Vouchers with serial number and Suria KLCC authorized signatures and stamp will be accepted. Duplicate copies are strictly not acceptable.
11. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
12. No further Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once Vouchers are used, regardless of Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
