*GUERILLA MARKETING MOBILE TRUCKS REDEMPTION (“Campaign”) – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign period: 22 August 2022 to 28 Auugust 2022.
2. Mechanics: Register to receive a RM50 or a RM10 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”).
3. Participants must be at least 18 years of age on or before the Campaign’s commencement date.
4. Limited to the first one hundred (100) Participants per truck, per day.
5. Limited to one (1) redemption per participants per day, while stocks last.
6. Only one (1) participant will be receiving the RM50 e-Voucher per truck, per day throughout the Campaign period.
7. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
8. All Suria KLCC’s employees, retailers, suppliers, and respective immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
9. Purchases made using the e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
10. The e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
11. No further e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Vouchers are used, regardless of e-Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
12. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request for participant’s identification details for verification purpose.
13. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the e-Voucher.
14. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher, and details of the promotion without prior notice.

*Suria KLCC Shopping E-Vouchers

1. The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) is valid for one (1) month from the issuance date.
2. The value of the e-Voucher for the RM50 Golden Ticket Winner is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50).
3. The value of the e-Voucher for the RM10 Purple Ticket Winner is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10).
4. The e-Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash.
5. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
6. Full list of participating stores is available at https://www.suriaklcc.com.my/participating-stores/.
7. The e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before the validity date as stated on the e-Voucher.
8. If the value of purchase is less than the value of the e-Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
9. If the value of purchase is more than the value of the e-Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the participant.
10. Expired e-Voucher will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
11. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
12. No further e-Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Vouchers are used, regardless of e-Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.

General

1. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for participant’s identification details for verification purpose.
2. By participating in the Campaign, participants are deemed:
   • • to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
     • to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this promotion.
     • to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Suria KLCC Shopping Voucher.
     • to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this promotion without any claim for payment nor compensation.
3. Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the participants any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the participants whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
4. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
5. All Personal Data relating to the promotion shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
