Deepavali 2021 Redemption – Terms & Conditions

Campaign period: 29 October – 7 November 2021
Mechanics: Spend RM600 & above in 2 receipts at any specialty store to receive a RM50 Suria KLCC Shopping Voucher.*
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before campaign commencement date.
Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, money changers, banks and services.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
Retailers are strictly not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Purchases made using the Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Vouchers are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification purpose.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the Vouchers.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, Vouchers and details of the promotion without prior notice.

*Suria KLCC Shopping Vouchers – Terms and Conditions

The Voucher is valid for one (1) month from the issuance date.
The value of the Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50).
The Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash or other items.
The Voucher is valid for use at selected participating specialty stores in Suria KLCC only.

Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, vary or modify any of the participating stores and Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
The Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the Voucher.
If the value of purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
If the value of purchase is more than the value of the Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
Only original Vouchers with serial number and Suria KLCC authorized signatures and stamp will be accepted. Duplicate copies are strictly not acceptable.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
No further Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once the Vouchers are used, regardless of Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
