Terms & Conditions

1) Hari Raya Rewards

1. Campaign period: 30th March 2023 till 22nd April 2023.
2. Mechanics: Spend RM1,500 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any specialty stores to receive a RM100 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) and a set of Suria KLCC Raya Packets (“Raya Packets”).
3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before Campaign commencement date.
4. Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per day, while stocks last.
5. Shoppers may redeem the Campaign or other on-going promotion. No cross redemption is allowed.
6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, promotional spaces, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, money changers, banks and services.
7. The e-Voucher and Raya Packets are redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
8. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
9. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
10. Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
11. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not acceptable.
12. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
13. Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
14. Purchases made using the e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
15. The e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
16. No further e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Vouchers are used, regardless of e-Vouchers are used in full or in part of the purchase price.
17. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
18. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the e-Voucher.
19. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher and details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.

*Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher

1. The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) shall be valid for one (1) month from the issuance date, for one-time use only.
2. The value of the e-Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) only.
3. The e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the e- Voucher.
4. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
5. Expired e-Voucher(s) will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
6. The e-Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash in part of full or with other items and is valid for a single transaction only.
7. Only original and valid e-Voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment.
8. Multiple e-Vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
9. The e-Voucher(s) is not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
10. If the value of item purchased is less than the value of the e-Voucher, any amount remaining from the transaction will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
11. In the event that the value of the e-Voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating stores, the balance must be borne by the e-Voucher holder.
12. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the e Voucher. No replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made to the loss or damaged e-Voucher(s).
13. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice whatsoever.
14. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating store(s) and the e-Voucher holder.
15. Any misuse/tampering/forgery of the e-Voucher(s) may constitute an offence under the law and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
16. No further e-Voucher(s) will be issued for any sales transaction once the e-Voucher(s) are used, regardless of e-Voucher(s) used in full or in part of the purchase price.
17. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.

General

1. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
2. By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
  1. to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
  2. to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
  3. to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the e-Voucher or Raya Packets.
  4. to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation.
3. Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shopper whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
4. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
5. All Personal Data relating to the Campaign shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
