Suria KLCC x LEGO “PLAY RUN 2026” CAMPAIGN

Redemption

Campaign Date: 21 May 2026 – 7 June 2026.
Redemption Period: 21 May 2026 – 31 May 2026.
Redemption Mechanics: Spend RM500 & above in two (2) receipts to redeem the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” experience and run kits for two (2) pax. For every redemption, RM10 will be donated to selected mental health NGOs in support of mental health initiatives. Terms & conditions apply.
Redemption Venue: LEGO Redemption Booth at Centre Court, Suria KLCC.
Play Run 2026 Event Date: 6 June 2026.
Run kit Collection Period: 29 May 2026 – 2 June 2026.
Run kit Collection Venue: LEGO Redemption Booth at Centre Court, Suria KLCC.
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the Campaign’s commencement date.
Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per day, while stocks last.
Shoppers may redeem the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” Campaign rewards or other on-going campaigns separately. No cross-redemption allowed.
Only applicable for original receipts without using trade-in or contra value as the payment method, from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, promotional spaces, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift card/vouchers, money changers, banks, and related services.
The Run Kit Collection Letter for the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” experience (“Run Kit Collection Letter ”) is redeemable at the LEGO Redemption Booth at Centre Court, Suria KLCC.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shoppers.
Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate and/or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not acceptable.
Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption and the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” Rewards are strictly non-refundable, non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” Rewards.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to amend or modify any information regarding Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” Rewards and the details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to cancel any Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” Rewards in cases of suspected fraud or any other offences under the law.

Event

Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” (“Event”) is organised by EC PIXELS ASIA supported by Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd and LEGO Trading (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“the Organisers”).
Event Date: 6 June 2026.
This Event is open to all residing in Malaysia.
Any disputes arising from participation in the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” shall be referred to the Courts of Malaysia and the governing law shall be the Laws of Malaysia.
Age qualification is taken on the year of birth. Participants below the age of eighteen (18) must obtain parental/guardian consent prior to registration. Children aged twelve (12) and below must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the Event. Children below the age of eight (8) years old are allowed entry but should they exceed the maximum allocation of two (2) persons per physical confirmation letter, no additional run kits will be provided.
Participants agree to participate in this Event at their own free will and must be deemed fit to participate. Participants are required to declare any medical conditions and provide emergency contact details during registration. The Organisers shall not be liable for any accident or mishap arising from participation or non-disclosure of medical conditions.
Participants consent to receive any medical treatment and emergency assistance deemed necessary during the Event by authorised medical personnel and shall bear all related medical expenses incurred.
Participants shall abide by the Event Terms & Conditions set forth by the Organisers and comply with all venue rules and regulations set by the venue management and relevant authorities, including Suria KLCC and KLCC Park authorities.
Participants confirm that all information submitted during registration is complete and accurate. The Organisers reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if any information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
Participants are required to redeem and register their preferred Event Session at LEGO Redemption Booth at Centre Court, Suria KLCC, subject to slot availability. One (1) physical Run Kit Collection Letterstating the confirmed Event Session shall be issued immediately upon successful redemption.
Requests for changes to the Event Session, category, or any other registration details after confirmation has been issued shall not be entertained. Any change of category requires a new registration, subject to availability.
One (1) physical Run Kit Collection Letter shall entitle entry for two (2) persons to one (1) Event Session and redemption of two (2) run kits. Both participants must be present during event registration and collection of run kits.
The physical Run Kit Collection Letter, Event entry and run kits are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-resaleable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other items. Participants found using unauthorised race numbers or invalid confirmation documents shall be disqualified.
Failure to collect the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” run kit within the stipulated collection period will be deemed a forfeiture of the entitlement. The Organisers reserve the right to dispose/re-distribute them accordingly.
If Participants are not able to collect the Suria KLCC x LEGO “Play Run 2026” run kit in person, the Participant may nominate someone to collect on behalf. Identification Card and Nomination Form are both required to be presented during collection by the Nominee.
Once participation has been duly processed, there will be NO REFUND for participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason.
The Organisers reserve the right to close entries before the deadline without notice or once quota has been fully taken up, and reserves the right to limit, accept, or reject any entry without prior notice or reason.
Participants must run on the designated route for the entire Event. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. Sweeper vehicles may be mobilised after cut-off time and participants may be required to board the sweeper vehicles.
Change in sizes of the race event tee during collection is strictly NOT ALLOWED. Participants must adhere to the selected tee size registered during sign-up. All entitlement’s colour, design, and material are subject to change without prior notice.
Outside food & beverages are not allowed into the Event except for infants or individuals requiring special medical attention. Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.
Pets or animals of any nature are strictly prohibited within the Event area.
Smoking, vaping, use of electronic cigarettes, or any similar devices are strictly prohibited during the Event.
All trash, litter, or refuse must be disposed of in the designated trash receptacles. No littering is allowed.
The Organisers reserve the right to request identification details and proof of the physical Run Kit Collection Letter Letter for verification purposes, and to conduct security searches. Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive may be confiscated.
The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the run kits, and no replacement or reimbursement shall be provided. The Organisers shall also not be held responsible or liable for any food quality issues or food contamination.
Food provided in the Event must be consumed within five (5) hours upon receive.
Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure participants’ safety, participants partake in this Event at their own risk. The Organisers , sponsors, and appointed officials shall not be liable for any death, injury, loss, damage, inconvenience, or mishap suffered howsoever arising.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to refuse admission into the Event, ban from entry to the Event, or remove from the Event, any Shoppers who:
1. Displays unruly, disruptive or offensive behaviour and profanity;
2. Attempts to gain admission to the Event without a valid confirmation email or has been found inside the Event without a valid confirmation email;
3. Displaces, make any alteration to, tears, removes, defaces or tampers with anything displayed, affixed, hung, placed or any other things exhibited at the Event;
4. Climbs any wall, fence, structure or tree at the Event;
5. Fishes, swims, bathes, touching of water, washes or dries anything in the fountain;
6. Brings or consumes any intoxicating consumables at the Event;
7. Spits, urinates or defecates in places other than the designated toilets for such purposes;
8. Nails, ties, binds, chains, draws, scribbles, paints, sprays, marks, affixes, inscribes, displays, places or hangs anything on any tree, plant or structure at the Event;
9. Bring any pets or animals of any nature into the Event;
10. Bring bicycles, scooters, or similar items;
11. Smoking (including of e-cigarettes, vape, or any similar devices) in the vicinity of the Event;
12. Bring Items that are generally regarded as dangerous, offensive, and unsightly in nature by the security agent acting on behalf of Suria KLCC;
The Organisers reserves the right to delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to inclement weather, haze, Air Pollution Index (API) concerns, government directives, acts of God, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. No refund shall be provided unless deemed appropriate by the Organisers.
The Organisers reserves the right to assign and change Event sessions, wave allocations, seating arrangements, or participation arrangements at any time without prior notice. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any failure to participate due to late arrival, missed timing, or session/wave allocation.
By registering and participating in the Event, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by the Organisers , Event Manager, and Event Sponsors for marketing, publicity, statistical, planning, and Event-related purposes in accordance with applicable Personal Data Protection laws in Malaysia (PDPA).
The Organisers and Event Sponsors reserve the right to use photographs, videos, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, including participants’ images and details, for advertising, publicity, promotional, or other legitimate purposes without compensation.
The Organisers reserves the right to contact participants from time to time by any means. Any notice sent to the registered email address shall be deemed received by the participant.
The Organisers shall not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, delay, communication failure, technical malfunction, internet disruption, or unauthorised access affecting registration, participation, or Event-related systems.
All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
Any protest regarding official results must be submitted in writing together with supporting evidence to the Organisers within thirty (30) minutes from the announcement of results, accompanied by a RM300 cash protest fee, which is non-refundable.
The Organisers reserves the right to modify, substitute, amend, or interpret any of these Terms & Conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
