Campaign period: 8 September 2023 till 24 September 2023.
Redemption Mechanics:
Spend RM500 & above in a maximum of one (1) receipt at any specialty store to receive a complimentary valet parking coupon (“Coupon”).
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the Campaign’s commencement date.
Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper per day, while stocks last.
The Coupon shall be valid for one (1) month from the date of issuance. The expiry date will be stamped upon redemption.
Shoppers may redeem the Coupon or other ongoing promotions. No cross-redemption is allowed.
Only applicable for original purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, convenience stores, newsagents, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift cards/vouchers, money changers, banks, and services.
The redemption is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate and/or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the Coupon. No replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made to the loss or damaged Coupon.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information and details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.
GENERAL
Suria KLCC reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification.
By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes that are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Coupon.
to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
All Personal Data relating to the Campaign shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
