Redemption Mechanics:
Tier 1 – Spend RM5,000 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any specialty store to receive Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers worth RM300.
Tier 2 – Spend RM20,000 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any specialty store to receive Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers worth RM1,000.
(collectively referred to as “e-Voucher”)
Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the Campaign’s commencement date.
Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper per day, while stocks last.
Shoppers may redeem the e-Voucher or other ongoing promotions. No cross-redemption is allowed.
Only applicable for original purchases made at specialty stores in Suria KLCC, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, convenience stores, newsagents, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift cards/vouchers, money changers, banks, and services.
The redemption is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate and/or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Purchases made using the e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
The e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher, and details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.
SURIA KLCC SHOPPING E-VOUCHER
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) shall be valid for one (1) month from the issuance date, for one-time use only.
The value of the e-Voucher for the RM300 redemption is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50) only.
The value of the e-Voucher for the RM1,000 redemption is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100) only.
The e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before the expiry date as stated in the e-Voucher.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
Expired e-Voucher(s) will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
The e-Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash in part or in full or with other items and is valid for a single transaction only.
Only original and valid e-Voucher(s) will be accepted and must be presented upon payment.
Multiple e-Vouchers may be used in a single transaction.
The e-Voucher(s) is strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash and any unused balance will not be refunded.
In the event that the value of the e-Voucher(s) used in a single transaction does not cover the full cost of the goods or services purchased at the participating stores, the balance must be borne by the e-Voucher holder.
Suria KLCC will not be responsible in any way for any loss or damage to the e-Voucher. No replacement(s) and whatsoever will be made to the loss or damaged e-Voucher(s).
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend the list of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice whatsoever.
Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between participating store(s) and the e-Voucher holder.
Any misuse/tampering/forgery of the e-Voucher(s) may constitute an offence under the law and the offender will be liable for prosecution.
No further e-Voucher(s) will be issued for any sales transaction once the e-Voucher(s) are used, regardless whether the e-Voucher(s) are used in full or in part of the purchase price
The e-Voucher is valid for use at participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to request the Shopper’s identification details and demand proof of purchase for verification.
By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”).
to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes that are necessary or related to the participation in this promotion.
to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the e-Voucher.
to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this promotion without any claim for payment nor compensation.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
All Personal Data relating to the promotion shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
