Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: 3 JANUARY 2020 TO 2 FEBRUARY 2020.
2. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
3. Tourist Privilege Card cardholders may redeem either ONLY the campaign redemption gift OR the Tourist Privilege Card gift, not both.
4. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at specialty outlets in Suria KLCC, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, money changers, banks, insurance services, internet services, mobile phone services, travel agencies and POS Malaysia.
5. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
6. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
7. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
8. Redemption items are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
9. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
10. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, gift and details of offer without prior notice.
11. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for the loss or the damage of the redemption item.
