Each redemption must be accompanied by the original receipt(s).
Redemption must be made on the day of purchase at Concierge Desk, Concourse Level from 10am – 10pm.
Any 3rd party redemption (on behalf of Participating Hotel guest) must produce a form of identification of the shopper, failing which, redemption will not be allowed.
