- Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
- A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
- Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
- Each redemption must be made by the shopper and original receipts are to be presented.
- Suria KLCC reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
- Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
- Vouchers redeemed from Shop & Dine “Daily Rewards” and “Shop, Scratch and Win” are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- If the total receipt exceeds the sum of the value on the voucher, the difference is to be paid by the bearer.
- No change will be given should the total receipt be less than the sum of the value on the voucher.
