• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
• Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day, while stocks last.
• Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at specialty outlets in Suria KLCC.
• Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shoppers’ details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion period: 1 November – 17 November 2019 (17 Days)
2. Tourist Privilege Card cardholders may redeem either the Suria Rewards redemption gift OR the Tourist Privilege Card gift, instead of both.
3. Only applicable for purchases made at specialty outlets.

Excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, money changers, banks, insurance services, internet services, mobile phone services, travel agencies and POS Malaysia.

4. Limited to only one (1) redemption per shopper, per day and one (1) contest entry per redemption. While stocks last.
5. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
6. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
7. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
8. Each redemption must be made by the shopper and original receipts are to be presented.
9. Suria KLCC reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
10. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
11. Vouchers redeemed from Suria Rewards are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
12. If the total receipt exceeds the sum of the value on the voucher, the difference is to be paid by the bearer.
13. No change will be given should the total receipt be less than the sum of the value on the voucher.
14. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s details.
15. Suria KLCC will not be responsible for the loss or the damage of the redemption letter and voucher.
16. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, gift and details of offer without prior notice.

Malaysian Petroleum Club Letter – Terms & Conditions

17. The bearer of this letter is entitled to redeem a 3-course meal for 2 at the Dulang Suite of the Malaysian Petroleum Club worth RM300 (Ringgit Malaysia only)
18. The bearer of this letter must present his / her IC / passport for validation purposes.
19. Reservation is to be made by the bearer of this letter, and the bearer of this letter must state his / her IC / passport and voucher serial number for validation purposes.
20. This letter is strictly non-resalable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
21. Only this original letter on Suria KLCC letterhead will be accepted for redemption and shall bear the signature(s) of authorized personnel from Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd – if the letter is devoid of the signature(s) of authorized personnel, damaged, defaced or torn, it shall be treated as null and void.
22. If the value of the total receipt exceeds the sum of RM300.00 nett, the difference is to be paid by the bearer.
23. Only one (1) letter can be used per customer, per visit. This letter is valid for one (1) redemption.
24. This letter is valid for redemption from 1st November 2019 – 22nd December 2019 only. No extension of validity date will be entertained.
25. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for the loss or damage of this redemption letter.
26. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information and details of offer without prior notice.
