- Only one (1) redemption can be made per shopper, per day and one (1) contest entry per redemption.
- Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
- A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
- Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
- Each redemption must be made by the shopper and original receipts are to be presented.
- Retailers who redeem on behalf of shoppers must produce an original form of identification, failing which, redemption will not be allowed.
- Suria KLCC has the right to request for customer details.
