The Golden Ticket 2022 Redemption – Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign period: 27 August 2022 to 18 September 2022.
2. Mechanics: Spend RM500 and above in a maximum of two (2) receipts at any specialty stores to receive a RM5,000 or a RM50 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”).
3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the Campaign’s commencement date.
4. Redemption is only available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for the first session, and 5:00pm to 9:00 pm for the second session, daily. Limited to the first one hundred (100) Shoppers per session, per day.
5. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day, while stocks last.
6. Only one (1) Shopper will be receiving the RM5,000 e-Voucher per session, per day throughout the Campaign period.
7. Shoppers may redeem the Golden Ticket 2022 Redemption or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
8. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, money changers, banks, and services.
9. The e-Voucher is redeemable at Centre Court, Level Concourse.
10. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
11. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
12. Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate and/or redeem on behalf of shoppers.
13. All Suria KLCC’s employees, retailers, suppliers, and respective immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
14. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
15. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
16. Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
17. Purchases made using the e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
18. The e-Voucher is strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
19. No further e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Vouchers are used, regardless of e-Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
20. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
21. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of the e-Voucher.
22. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher, and details of the promotion without prior notice.

*Suria KLCC Shopping E-Vouchers

1. The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) is valid for one (1) month from the issuance date.
2. The value of the e-Voucher for the RM5,000 Golden Ticket Winner is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100).
3. The value of the e-Voucher for the RM50 Purple Ticket Winner is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty (RM50).
4. The e-Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash.
5. The e-Voucher is valid for use at any participating stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre only.
6. Full list of participating stores is available at https://www.suriaklcc.com.my/participating-stores/.
7. The e-Voucher must be redeemed on or before the validity date as stated on the e-Voucher.
8. If the value of purchase is less than the value of the e-Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
9. If the value of purchase is more than the value of the e-Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
10. Expired e-Voucher will not be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
11. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend any of the participating stores and the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
12. No further e-Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions once the e-Vouchers are used, regardless of e-Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.

General

1. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
2. By participating in the Golden Ticket 2022 Campaign, shoppers are deemed:
   • • to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein.
     • to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this promotion.
     • to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this promotion, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher.
     • to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this promotion without any claim for payment nor compensation.
3. Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend, or terminate this promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination, or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the shoppers whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination, or suspension.
4. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
5. All Personal Data relating to the promotion shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
