Exclusive Beauty Rewards – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion period: 10 March to 4 April 2021
  2. Mechanics: Spend RM600 & above in 2 receipts at any specialty stores to receive an exclusive Dermalogica Gift Set & Intense Facelift Therapy by HIFU 50 Shots
  3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the promotion period.
  4. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
  5. Shoppers may redeem either Exclusive Beauty Rewards or Extravagant Rewards or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
  6. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at specialty outlets in Suria KLCC, excluding Signatures Food Court, RASA Food Arena, Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, money changers, banks, insurance services, internet services, mobile phone services, travel agencies and POS Malaysia.
  7. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
  8. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem for themselves and on behalf of shoppers.
  9. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
  10. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
  11. Redemption items are strictly non-resaleable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
  12. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.
  13. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of the redemption item.
  14. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, redemption item and details of promotion without prior notice.
  15. In addition to the foregoing, AsterSpring Signature Intense Facelift Therapy by HIFU 50 Shots vouchers Terms and Conditions apply.

Extravagant Rewards – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion period: 19 March to 4 April 2021
  2. Mechanics: Spend RM150 & above in a single receipt at any specialty stores for a chance to receive RM5,000 worth of Suria KLCC shopping vouchers or other exciting gifts.
  3. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before the promotion period.
  4. Redemption is only available from 10AM – 2PM for the first session, and 5PM – 9PM for the second session, daily. Limited to one hundred (100) shoppers per session.
  5. Limited to two hundred (200) shoppers per day.
  6. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper, per day, while stocks last.
  7. Limited to one (1) try on the vending machine per shopper, per day.
  8. Only one (1) shopper will be receiving the RM5,000 Suria KLCC shopping vouchers daily.
  9. Only two (2) shoppers will be receiving the exciting gifts daily.
  10. Limited to one (1) win per shopper throughout promotion period. Winners are not allowed to redeem Extravagant Rewards more than once.
  11. Shoppers may redeem either Exclusive Beauty Rewards or Extravagant Rewards or other on-going promotion, no cross redemption is allowed.
  12. Only applicable for original receipts from purchases made at specialty stores in Suria KLCC excluding Signatures Food Court, RASA Food Arena, Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments and reload cards.
  13. Redemption on the vending machine and collection of the gifts (if any) must be made on the same day of purchase by the shopper.
  14. Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem for themselves or on behalf of shoppers.
  15. All Suria KLCC employees, retailers, suppliers and respective immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  16. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
  17. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
  18. Redemption vouchers and gifts are strictly not for sale, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
  19. Suria KLCC reserves the right to request for shopper’s identification and demand for proof of purchase for verification purpose.

Suria KLCC RM100 Shopping Voucher – Terms and Conditions

  1. The value of the Voucher is in denomination of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100).
  2. The Voucher is strictly not for sale or exchangeable for cash or other items.
  3. The Voucher is valid for usage at any participating specialty stores (excluding Signatures Level 2 Food Court and RASA Food Arena) in Suria KLCC only.

  5. The Voucher must be redeemed before or on the expiry date stated on the Voucher.
  6. If the value of purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, no change/refund will be given.
  7. If the value of purchase is more than the value of the Voucher, the additional cost will be borne by the shopper.
  8. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen Vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  9. Only original Vouchers with serial number and Suria KLCC authorized signatures and stamp will be accepted. Duplicate copies are strictly not acceptable.
  10. No further Vouchers will be issued for any sales transactions/receipts once Vouchers are used, regardless of Vouchers used in full or in part of purchase price.
  11. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, modify or amend the terms and conditions herein without prior notice.
