TERMS & CONDITIONS – PICNIC IN THE PARK FESTIVAL 2025 (“Campaign”)

Picnic in the Park Festival (“Redemption”)

1. Redemption Period: 13 – 29 June 2025.
2. Event Date: 4, 5 & 6 July 2025
3. Redemption Mechanics:Picnic In The Park Festival 2025 Rewards
   Redeem an exclusive “Picnic In The Park Festival” experience for 4 pax and RM80 Suria KLCC F&B e-Vouchers upon spending RM3,000 & above in 2 receipts. Terms & Conditions apply.
4. Shoppers must be at least 18 years of age on or before 13 June 2025.
5. Limited to one (1) redemption per Shopper, per day, while stocks last.
6. Shoppers may redeem the Picnic in the Park Festival Rewards or other on-going promotion. No cross redemption is allowed.
7. Only applicable for original receipts without using trade-in or contra value as the payment method, from purchases made at any specialty stores in Suria KLCC Shopping Centre, excluding Isetan, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage, TGV Cinemas, Petrosains, Twin Towers Medical Centre, promotional spaces, convenience stores, news agents, bill payments, reload cards, any form of gift card/vouchers, money changers, banks, and related services.
8. The Invitation Letter for the “Picnic in the Park” experience (“Invitation Letter”) and Suria KLCC F&B e-Voucher is redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, Suria KLCC Shopping Centre.
9. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase by the Shopper.
10. Shopper must RSVP the preferred Event date via the link provided in the Invitation Letter within three (3) days from the redemption date as stated in the Invitation Letter.
11. Retailers are strictly not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of Shoppers.
12. A single purchase cannot be split into multiple receipts and cash memos are not allowed.
13. Receipts stamped ‘Redeemed’ or ‘Duplicate’ are not valid for redemption.
14. Purchases made from receipts submitted for redemption are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
15. Purchases made using the Suria KLCC F&B e-Voucher is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
16. The Suria KLCC F&B e-Voucher/Invitation Letter is strictly non-resaleable, nontransferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
17. No further Suria KLCC F&B e-Voucher will be issued for any sales transactions once the Suria KLCC F&B e-Voucher are used in full or in part of purchase price.
18. Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd (“Suria KLCC”) reserves the right to request for Shopper’s identification details and demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
19. Suria KLCC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Invitation Letter.
20. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, Invitation Letter and details of the Campaign without prior notice whatsoever.
21. Suria KLCC reserves the right to cancel any Suria KLCC

General

1. By participating in the Campaign, Shoppers are deemed:
   1. to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein (“Terms and Conditions”)
   2. to have consented to Suria KLCC to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for advertising, publicity, marketing, and communications purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in this Campaign.
   3. to have released Suria KLCC from any liability, losses, damages, and any kind of claims and actions in relation to this Campaign, including but not limited to those resulting from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Invitation Letter.
   4. to have agreed that their photos or video clips may be used for current or future advertising and/or publicity in relation to this Campaign without any claim for payment nor compensation.
2. Suria KLCC reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete, or add any Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by Suria KLCC shall not give the Shoppers any right to claim compensation against Suria KLCC for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Shopper whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
3. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
4. All Personal Data relating to the Campaign shall be governed and dealt with in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and all other relevant laws in Malaysia.
