
Zara has reopened its flagship store at Suria KLCC, unveiling a space that introduces the brand’s latest store concept.
The store spans over 20,000 sq ft of commercial floor space on a single floor and showcases an extensive range of fashion collections for women’s, and men’s, as well as new dedicated spaces for fragrances and special collections such as Shoes & Bags.


The opening reinforces Zara’s commitment to retail innovation – offering customers a new destination where fashion, architecture, sustainability and advanced technology come together to create an elevated shopping experience.


Conceived by Zara’s Architecture Studio, the space has been redesigned to offer a welcoming and elevated experience. The interior architecture features a sequence of interconnected rooms, where each space takes on its own identity.
The opening follows Zara’s newest concept for global flagship stores, with a refreshed image and new product display areas, also equipped with the most advanced technology to facilitate a seamless customer experience. At the same time, boutique-style spaces, featuring unique designs and furniture, highlight the brand’s collections and offer a distinctive connection between the customer and the product.

The interior concept of Zara Suria KLCC is designed to create a welcoming, intimate atmosphere, guiding customers through different spaces which have been individually curated. Each section presents a unique entrance, creating a cohesive yet distinct store-in-store experience.
These differentiated zones are especially prominent in the women’s, men’s and Shoes & Bags areas.


A warm and refined atmosphere is achieved through the use of wood, contrasting steel finishes, and other different materials, including surfaces made from a variety of minerals, such as ceramic and marble.
INNOVATION IN CUSTOMER SERVICE
The all-new Zara at Suria KLCC integrates the most advanced technology to deliver a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience. Customers can interact with the brand in-store or via zara.com and the Zara app, enabling real-time inventory browsing, quick product location. The cutting-edge solutions integrated in the store to enhance customers’ shopping experience include:
- Assisted checkout zone across the store, including accessible payment stations.
- Dedicated checkouts for returns
In addition, the store features a cardboard collection point to invite customers to recycle online packaging. It also includes a used clothing collection container to extend the useful life of garments through their charity partner.
EFFICIENCY
In line with Zara’s commitment to sustainability, Zara Suria KLCC has some of the most advanced energy efficiency systems, including efficient heating and cooling systems, and an innovative design that reduces overall lighting intensity from LED fixtures to cut energy use further while maintaining a premium in-store environment. In addition, the store is connected to our internal Inergy platform, which centrally monitors the consumption of the air conditioning and electricity at the store to optimize management, improve maintenance and define strategies to reduce energy needs.

SHOES & BAGS
The store has an exclusive space dedicated to footwear and accessories with personalised assistance. This new shopping concept allows to have the most relevant pieces of the collection in the same space, raising the image of the product and improving the customer experience. At the same time, part of the footwear and handbag collection will continue in the rest of the store, completing the look proposals together with the clothing collection
