What is the Suria VIPrivileges Programme?
The Suria VIPrivileges Programme is a long-term rewards initiative that begins on 1 January 2026, offering exclusive privileges, experiences, and shopping e-Vouchers rewards to qualifying shoppers.
How do I qualify for a VIPrivileges tier and its rewards?
To qualify, present up to three (3) same-day receipts from participating designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, on the day of redemption.
Once verified, the total spend will determine the applicable tier:
- Suria VIPrestige: Spend RM30,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts to receive VIPrestige privileges and RM600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per year throughout the programme duration, while stocks last.
- Suria VIPlatinum: Spend RM80,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts to receive VIPlatinum privileges and RM1,600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per year throughout the programme duration, while stocks last.
- Suria VIPlatinum+: Spend RM150,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts to receive VIPlatinum+ privileges, curated experiences, and RM3,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.
Limited to three (3) redemptions per shopper per year throughout the programme
duration, while stocks last.
How can I upgrade to a higher tier?
Shoppers may upgrade to the next immediate tier by meeting the additional spending requirement within one (1) year from their first redemption date.
Upgrade options include:
- VIPrestige → VIPlatinum
Spend an additional RM50,000 in up to 3 new receipts within 1 year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum privileges and additional RM1,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers. - VIPlatinum → VIPlatinum+
Spend an additional RM70,000 in up to 3 new receipts within 1 year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum+ privileges and additional RM1,400 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers. - VIPrestige → VIPlatinum+
Spend an additional RM120,000 in up to 3 new receipts within 1 year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum+ privileges and additional RM2,400 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.
To upgrade, present up to three (3) same year receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse.
What is the validity of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher?
The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers from this programme are valid until 31 March 2026.
Can I skip a tier and redeem VIPlatinum+ directly?
Yes. You may upgrade from VIPrestige to VIPlatinum+ (skipping VIPlatinum) by spending RM120,000 in up to three (3) new receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces within one (1) year from your first redemption date.
Will I receive full rewards again when I upgrade?
Upon tier upgrade, you will receive only the incremental difference in Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers rewards and privileges between your current tier and the upgraded tier.
Can I downgrade to a lower tier?
Tier downgrades are not permitted.
How many receipts can I use for each redemption or upgrades?
A maximum of three (3) receipts can be used per redemption or tier upgrade.
Can I combine receipts for redemption?
Yes.
- For tier redemption: up to three (3) same-day receipts from designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores.
- For tier upgrades: up to three (3) receipts from designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores accumulated within one (1) year from the first redemption date.
Receipts once used for redemption cannot be reused.
Can tenant staff or retailers participate?
No. Retailers and their staff are not eligible to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers, or using receipts from their own outlets for redemption.

What are Exclusive Privileges and Experiences?
Exclusive Privileges and Experiences vary by tier may include, but not limited to:
- Complimentary valet parking
- Unlimited Suria KLCC Premier Toilet access
- Exclusive gifts
- Curated dining experiences
- Year-long offers & promotions
- Exclusive invitations to events
All privileges are subject to availability.
When do my Exclusive Experiences expire?
Each Exclusive Experience carries its own validity period. Kindly check with our Concierge upon redemption.
How can I redeem my Exclusive Privileges and Experiences?
Present your Suria VIPrivileges Card at participating outlets and, where required, a valid identification documentation for verification.
Is this a points-based programme?
The Suria VIPrivileges Programme is not a points-based membership. Rewards are earned through qualifying spend.
Are event invitations under my Exclusive Experience transferable?
Invitations are non-transferable, non-resaleable, and subject to event terms, including RSVP requirements and venue capacity.
SURIA VIPRIVILEGES CARD
What is the Suria VIPrivileges Card?
Members of all tiers will receive a physical Suria VIPrivileges Card. The Suria VIPrivileges Card grants access to Exclusive Privileges and Experiences at participating stores. The physical card must be presented at participating outlets when during redemption.
How long is my card valid?
The Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of redemption, as stated on the Card.
Will my Card be delivered to my address?
Cards are issued via self-collection only.
How will I know when my Card is ready for collection?
You will be notified via call or email once the Card is ready for collection.
Where and when do I collect my Card?
The Card must be collected in person at Suria KLCC Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, within two (2) months of the first notification. Uncollected cards may be forfeited.
What if my Card is lost or damaged?
Kindly report lost or damaged cards to the Concierge Counter and a replacement card will be issued.
What happens to my existing Card after a tier upgrade?
Your previous card must be surrendered when collecting your upgraded tier card.

How often can I use the Premier Toilets?
Unlimited access is granted during the Suria VIPrivileges Card’s validity period, subject to operational hours and availability.
Can someone else use my card to access the Premier Toilets?
No. Usage is limited to the cardholder only.
Do I need to present my card every time I enter the Premier Toilets?
Yes. Your Suria VIPrivileges Card must be presented upon each entry.
What if I forget my card?
Access will be denied without a valid Suria VIPrivileges Card.
