What is the Suria VIPrivileges Programme period?
The Suria VIPrivileges Programme is a long-term initiative starting from 1 November 2025 onwards.
What are the spending tiers?
- Suria VIPrestige: Receive RM800 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and Exclusive Privileges upon spending RM50,000 above in maximum of three (3) receipts* at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores, while stocks last.
- Suria VIPlatinum: Receive RM1,800 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and Exclusive Privileges upon spending RM100,000 above in maximum of three (3) receipts* at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores, while stocks last.
- Suria VIPlatinum+: Receive RM3,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and Exclusive Privileges upon spending RM150,000 above in maximum of three (3) receipts* at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores, while stocks last.
What are the redemption limits for each Suria VIPrivileges tier?
- Suria VIPrestige: Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper throughout the programme period.
- Suria VIPlatinum: Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper throughout the programme period.
- Suria VIPlatinum+: Limited to two (2) redemptions per shopper throughout the programme period.
What are Exclusive Privileges and/or Experiences?
Exclusive Privileges and/or Experiences vary according to tier and are subject to availability,
while stocks last. These may include but are not limited to:
- Bespoke shopping or styling sessions
- Curated dining experiences
- Invitations to Suria KLCC hosted events
- Complimentary tickets to concert performances
- Private invitations to brand events
- Spa and wellness indulgences
When do my Exclusive Experiences expire?
Exclusive Experience vouchers are valid as per the validity period stated on each voucher.
Can I combine receipts for redemption?
Yes, you may combine up to three (3) same-day receipts from designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores to meet the spending requirement. However, receipts once used for redemption cannot be reused.
How can I redeem my rewards?
Shoppers can choose to redeem at the Concierge Counter or through the In-Store Concierge Redemption Service, which stores may arrange on their behalf by contacting Concierge at 03-2382 2828.
How do I ensure my spending qualifies?
Only receipts from participating designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores are accepted. To qualify, present up to three (3) same-day receipts at the Concierge Counter on the day of purchase. Once verified, your spendings will be counted towards the applicable tier.
Do I earn points with the Suria VIPrivileges Programme?
No. The Suria VIPrivileges Programme is not a points-based membership programme. Shoppers qualify for rewards and Exclusive Experiences by meeting the required spending tiers at designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores within the Programme period. No points will be issued or converted.
What is the validity of The Suria VIPrivileges Card?
The Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of redemption.
What is the Suria VIPrivileges Loyalty Card?
The Suria VIPrivileges Card is your key to exclusive offers and experiences at participating stores. Simply present or flash the physical card at participating outlets to enjoy special discounts and privileges.
What is the validity of the Suria KLCC Shopping e-Voucher?
The e-Voucher is valid for two (2) months from the date of issuance.
What happens if my Suria VIPrivileges Card is lost or damaged?
Lost or damaged cards will be replaced.
Are tenant staff or retailers allowed to participate?
No. Retailers and their staff are strictly prohibited from participating, redeeming on behalf of Shoppers, or using receipts from their own outlets for redemption.
Are Exclusive Privilege event invitations transferable?
No. Invitations are strictly non-transferable, non-resaleable, and subject to event terms, including RSVP requirements and venue capacity.
