The Suria VIPrivileges Programme is a long-term initiative starting from 1 January 2026 onwards.

To qualify, present up to three (3) same-day receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores at the Concierge Counter, Level Concourse, on the day of redemption. Once verified, your spendings will be counted towards the applicable tier for the respective VIPrivileges Rewards.

• Suria VIPrestige: Spend RM30,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores to receive VIPrestige privileges and RM600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers, while stocks last. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per year throughout the programme duration, while stocks last.
• Suria VIPlatinum: Spend RM80,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores to receive VIPlatinum privileges and RM1,600 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers, while stocks last. Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per year throughout the programme duration, while stocks last..
• Suria VIPlatinum+: Spend RM150,000 and above in a maximum of three (3) receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores to receive VIPlatinum+ privileges with experiences and RM3,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers, while stocks last. Limited to three (3) redemptions per shopper per year throughout the programme duration, while stocks last.

Shoppers who have redeemed a lower tier may upgrade to the next immediate tier by meeting the additional spending requirement within one (1) year from the date of the first redemption.

• VIPrestige → VIPlatinum: Spend an additional RM50,000 in 3 new receipts within 1 year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum privileges and additional RM1,000 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.
• VIPlatinum → VIPlatinum+: Spend an additional RM70,000 in 3 new receipts within 1 year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum+ privileges and additional RM1,400 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.
• VIPrestige → VIPlatinum+: Spend an additional RM120,000 in 3 new receipts within 1 year to upgrade and receive VIPlatinum+ privileges and additional RM2,400 Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers.

The Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers shall be valid until 31 March 2026. Suria KLCC reserves the right to change the information, e-Voucher, and details of the Programme without prior notice whatsoever.

Yes. Skipping tiers from Suria VIPrestige to Suria VIPlatinum+ requires an additional spend of RM120,000.00 in three (3) new receipts at any designers, jewellery, and timepieces within one (1) year from the date of the first redemption.

Upon upgrade, you will receive only the incremental difference in Suria KLCC Shopping e-Vouchers and Exclusive Privileges between your current tier and the upgraded tier.

Downgrades to lower tiers are strictly not permitted.

A maximum of three (3) receipts can be used per redemption or tier upgrade.

Yes, you may combine up to three (3) same-day receipts from designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores for VIPrivileges Rewards. For Tier Upgrades, you may combine up to three (3) receipts from the same categories accumulated within one (1) year from the date of the first VIPrivileges Rewards redemption to meet the spending requirement. However, receipts once used for redemption cannot be reused.

Retailers and their staff are strictly prohibited from participating, redeeming on behalf of Shoppers, or using receipts from their own outlets for redemption.

Exclusive Privileges and/or Experiences vary according to tier and are subject to availability, while stocks last. These may include but are not limited to:

• Unlimited Suria KLCC Premier Toilet access

• Invitations to Suria KLCC hosted events
• Year-long offers & promotions
• Exclusive invitations to events

Exclusive Experience are valid as per its respective validity periods. Kindly check with our Concierge for said validity periods upon redemption.

Shoppers are required to physically present the Card at participating outlets, and/or present a valid identification documentation for verification prior to redeeming the Exclusive Privileges and/or Experiences.

The Suria VIPrivileges Programme is not a points-based membership programme. Shoppers qualify for rewards and Exclusive Experiences by meeting the required spending tiers at designers, jewellery, and timepieces stores within the Programme duration. No points will be issued or converted.

Invitations are strictly non-transferable, non-resaleable, and subject to event terms, including RSVP requirements and venue capacity.

The Suria VIPrivileges Card is your key to enjoy Exclusive Privileges and/or Experiences at participating stores. The physical card must be presented at participating outlets when redeeming Exclusive Privileges and/or Experiences.

The Card is valid for one (1) year from the date of redemption, as stated on the Card.

The Card is issued on a self-collection basis only and will not be delivered by post or courier.

Shoppers will be notified once the Card is ready for collection.

The Card must be collected in person at Suria KLCC, Level Concourse, Concierge Counter.

Shoppers are required to collect the Card within two (2) months from the date of notification.

Suria KLCC reserves the right to forfeit the Card if it is not collected within two (2) months from the notification date.

Kindly report lost or damaged cards to the Concierge Counter and a replacement card will be provided.

In the event of a tier upgrade, kindly surrender the previously issued Card to Concierge Counter during the collection of the new Card. A new Card will be issued according to the respective Tier Upgrade.

Entry will be denied if a valid Suria VIPrivileges Card is not presented.

Shoppers must present their Suria VIPrivileges Card upon each entry.

Only the cardholder may use the service.

Cardholders may enjoy unlimited access during the card validity period, which is determined by the expiry date stated on the card, subject to operational hours and availability.
